Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Cancel Order". Once shipped, you'll need to initiate a return instead.

Order modifications (address change, adding items) are only possible before the order is processed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Standard shipping (5-7 days) is ₹49 for smaller orders. Express delivery (2-3 days) is available for ₹99. See our full Shipping Policy.

Metro cities: 2-4 business days. Tier-2 cities: 4-6 days. Rural areas: 7-10 days. Delivery times may vary during festivals.

Yes. We never store your card details. All payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Your data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL.

Don't worry — failed transactions are automatically refunded within 5-7 business days. If you don't receive the refund, please contact us with your transaction details.

You can return books within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our complete Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount is credited to your original payment method.

Go to the Forgot Password page, enter your email, and you'll receive a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour.

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting us. Please note that your order history will be retained for legal and tax purposes, but personal information will be removed.
