Delivery Partner
XpressBees or Delhivery
All orders are shipped through XpressBees or Delhivery, a third-party courier service. Challa Publications hands your parcel to XpressBees or Delhivery; from that point the shipment travels on XpressBees or Delhivery's network and is tracked with a XpressBees or Delhivery consignment number.

Shipping Charges
You pay exactly what XpressBees or Delhivery charges — nothing more. We do not add any handling fee, packing fee or margin on delivery. The amount shown at checkout is the courier's own tariff for your destination pincode and parcel weight.
The charge is calculated live from the XpressBees or Delhivery rate card: a base rate for the first 500 g, plus an additional rate for every extra 500 g (rounded up). Rates vary by destination zone:

A typical book weighs about 300 g, so most single-book orders fall in the first 500 g slab.
Delivery is charged on every order — there is no free-shipping threshold. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.

Order Processing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are handed to XpressBees or Delhivery the same working day.
- Orders after 3:00 PM, and orders on Sundays or public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
- Bulk orders (10+ books) may take 2–3 additional working days to pack.
Delivery Timelines
- Within City: 2 working days after dispatch
- AP & Telangana: 3 working days after dispatch
- Metro: 4 working days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 6 working days after dispatch
- NE / J&K / Remote: 8 working days after dispatch
Transit times are XpressBees or Delhivery's estimates and exclude Sundays and public holidays. Festivals, strikes and weather can cause delays outside our control.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver within India only, to every pincode served by XpressBees or Delhivery. We do not ship internationally at this time.
A small number of island and remote pincodes are not serviceable. If yours is one, the checker above will tell you.
Packaging
Every book is wrapped in protective material with rigid backing so it reaches you without bent corners or damage. Sacred texts receive additional padding.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel is handed to XpressBees or Delhivery, we email you the consignment number and a tracking link. You can also track any order from your My Orders page.
Tracking can take a few hours to activate after dispatch — this is normal.
Undelivered Parcels
XpressBees or Delhivery normally attempts delivery up to three times. Please keep the phone number on your order reachable. If a parcel returns to us because nobody was available or the address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch; the fresh courier charge applies.
Damaged or Missing in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the package before opening it fully and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will raise the claim with XpressBees or Delhivery and replace the book at no cost to you.
