Orders & Payments

• Prices may change without prior notice; the price at the time of order is final
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
• Payment is processed securely via Razorpay; we do not store your card details

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including book descriptions, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by Challa Publications or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Book content is protected by copyright held by the respective authors and publishers.

Seller Terms

• Sellers must provide accurate book listings including condition, edition, and pricing
• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders within the agreed timeline
• Commission rates are set by Challa Publications and may be updated periodically
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines
• Seller payouts are processed according to the schedule in the Seller Dashboard

Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Uploading pirated, counterfeit, or unauthorized copies of books
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Posting false reviews or manipulating ratings
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or discounts

Limitation of Liability

Challa Publications provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order. This does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email or site notification.
