Return Window

You may return books within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, undamaged condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Eligible for Return

• Damaged or defective books received
• Wrong book delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Missing pages or printing defects
• Duplicate shipment (same book sent twice)

Not Eligible for Return

• Books with signs of use, markings, or highlighting
• Digital / downloadable products
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items returned after the 7-day window

How to Request a Return

1. Go to My Orders and select the order
2. Click "Request Return" and select the reason
3. Upload a photo of the damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)
4. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
5. Once approved, schedule a free pickup or ship it back

Refund Process

• Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Prepaid Orders: Original payment method
• Partial Refunds: May apply if items show minor wear

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired book. Shipping is free on the replacement order.
